Please get the latest driver for your wireless adapter:
    驅動程式 c:\windows\system32\drivers\athrx.sys (2.0.0.74, 1.33 MB (1,394,688 個位元組), 20/6/2009 10:09)

Also, your system might be complaining about your NVidia driver, even though you have a current driver.

    Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+75a028 )

Let's go ahead and completely uninstall your NVidia driver using Guru3D

Guru3D - removes leftover traces of drivers for NVIDIA (Display and Chipset), ATI (Display), Creative (Sound) Realtek (Sound), Ageia (PhysX) and Microsoft (Mouse).

Install the latest NVidia driver by automatically detecting your card:

Go to msconfig in safe mode, click on startup tab, and uncheck everything EXCEPT those that are Microsoft manufacturer. This is for testing purposes. Reboot and see if you get past welcome page.
