    BSODs increasing in frequency

I have a X86 (32-bit) Toshiba Satellite laptop model L-305 running Windows Home Premium (upgraded from Vista), purchased full retail in August, 2009.

BSODs had been sporadic and infrequent, but lately have picked up in frequency.

I have attached recommended BSOD zip file for review. Thanks in advance for any help.

BSODs caused by iaStor.sys, the driver for Intel Matrix Storage Manager
Update it in safe mode Intel® Driver Update Utility
