BSOD: dumping physical memory to disk

BSOD: dumping physical memory to disk
I was just browsing the internet when it first happedned; I hit power switch in panic...

I keep getting the prior read title message (in BSOD) whenever I get to the user screen unless I run in safe mode and I got no idea what to do. can any1 help?

Edit: I have Attached the Zip folder but there is no html in there as requested; when I enter the command prompt I get the following message:
    Error:

An error occured while attempting to generate the report.

The system cannot find the path specified.

I have already tried: sfc /scannow
and the result was I found no integrity violations

Edit: I Have uplaoded a Dxdiag file which is everything I got on the specs.

The most likely problem here is the ASACPI.sys driver that's installed on your system. It's dated from 2005 and has known issues with Win7.

    Please visit this link: http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=ogZlrSeVzUh9MKLO

    -Go to the download tab
    -Select Windows 7 64-bit
-Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit "
    -Download and install it.

I have tried time and time again but it does not install, it only pulls up a black screen (looks like a command prompt) and then instantaneously closes.
