Windows 7: Numerous BSODS (Dump & Info Included)

Hi,



Got new computer a month or so ago, was fine for first few weeks but suddenly started having an onset of BSODs, mostly when loading games or web pages with certain graphical elements.

Pc Is:
I7 920 overclocked to 3.8ghz
Asus P6X58D-E
3x2gb Corsair pc12800 DDR3 1600mhz RAM (this is showing as 4gb in windows now though?!?!)
XFX ATI RADEON HD 5870 1GB
1TB storage drive + 60gb drive for operating system - windows 7 x64

Update your network driver:

Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\yk62x64.sys (11.10.5.3, 384.50 KB (393,728 bytes), 20/05/2009 10:10)

Don't OC your processor or video card.

Make sure, if you changed your voltage, it's reset and proper for memory.

See if that makes a difference.

Updated network driver, going to try and remove the overclock from the PC, problem is I bought it overclocked so don't really know what I'm doing. I have changed nothing since receiving the computer and assumed the makers would have known what they were doing with regards to the overclocking. Will try anyway and get back to you, thanks.

Also, any idea why memory would show up as 4gb in windows but 6gb on the bootup screen?

You might try removing one stick at a time to see if there's a problem with one - regarding 4GB showing up at post.
