BSOD after sleep

Here is my info:

Windows 7 x86
Original Installed OS = Windows Vista Home Premium OEM
Did a fresh install of Windows 7 Enterprise (Full Retail) a week ago.
Hardware age = 2 years

PS.
1. I had the same problem with Vista. I tried to install windows 7 so the problem would go away. But the problem still persists.
2. With Vista, the BSOD was random.
3. With Windows 7, the BSOD comes up after "sleep"

Welcome to SF.

Please update your network driver:

Also note:

Bios update: 2008-08-04 , Version:5.27, 1.36MMCP61PM-HM Motherboard BIOS update resolves issue with systems with 4GB RAM not waking up from S3 mode and updates AGESA to version 2.08.15

i'm not good enough to be looking through dumps, but i can tell you that, apparently, this is often a USB driver issue. been having the same problem myself where it would BSOD at some point after entering sleep state (while in sleep state). in device manager i disabled all power saving options for every USB device that has options, particularly the USB root hubs. then i disabled power saving options in my power profile: Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Power Options > change plan settings > change advanced power settings

so far, so good

Lemur and atomMan,

Thanks guys for the solutions.

I updated the network driver and changed the power saving options for both the network adapter and USB devices.

So far, so good.

I haven't updated the BIOS yet, though.

I have the exact scenario - you can't update the BIOS because it requires Vista. The installer fails in Win7.
