Update drivers. Red, bold fonts mean they definitely need update.

Recommend to uninstall the program.

Model - M3A76 -CM
Click on utilites and click on the first one (ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Win7 32 & 64-bit)
I installed the ATK0110 driver 2 weeks ago. That is the latest version for this motherboard. pcoufin.sys is for convertxtodvd. error code i received for the dmp file dated 12.21.2010 is the latest dmp file that needs to be looked at.
I'd recommend that you uninstall ConvertxtoDVD.
In addition to DeaP's advice, install this updated Realtek Ethernet driver: Realtek
If the BSODs persist, enable driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

I am still getting the same BSOD 0x0000003B error. All my drivers are up to date. Everything running smooth. I exit out of Call of Duty Black Ops the bam BSOD error 0x0000003B again. I unhooked my 80 GB hard drive 100%. Hooked up my NEW 500 GB hard drive installed windows 7 ultimate x64. Things was running smoothly until i got the same error on this hard drive.
I know its not my Realtek LAN driver. I know its not my Nvidia driver. There are no chipset drivers for my board for windows 7. This error is getting quite annoying. Any one who can help please do. I didn't have this problem when i ran Vista Home Premium x64. No BSOD's at all when running it.
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 build 7600
Windows has been installed For 0 years, 1 days, 21 hours, 45 minutes, and 45 seconds
Motherboard is 1 year
Processor is 9 months
RAM is 1 year
Video Card 1 year
Windows 7 is RTM
Hard drive is 2 days old
I know for a fact its not my network card video card RAM or processor.
How are you sure the problem is not with your GPU or Realtek drivers? Please, update the drivers so we all can be so sure.
Install these updated Realtek Ethernet drivers: RealtekI notice that with the exception of one on December 4, all the BSODs occurred while Black Ops was the front process. Have you tried uninstalling the game, and reinstalling it?Code:Rt64win7.sys Fri May 22 10:52:30 2009 (4A16BC2E)
Also, try a clean boot: Run Selective Startup using System Configuration
Play the game under that, and see if it BSODs.
If no change, contact the makers of the game, and see what they have to say.

I am using the Onboard realtek network adapter with the driver from Asus. There is no update for the network adapter you posted all it asks me to do is repair modify or remove.
The game doesn't cause the bluescreen. My system bluescreens after I exit the game.
