If removing the soundcard fails to fix it, then you should attempt replacement of CPU (as it contains the RAM controller) if possible (still under warranty?).

HUGE PROBLEM THERE
(AMD driver stopped working again :S)
The cpu is stuck to the mobo. When I must have taken it out for whatever reason one time. I've never been able to take it out again. The latch to release the cpu doesn't seem to do much.
I would love to buy a new cpu/mobo and then it would also have to be RAM as well as it would be DDR3. Only if I had the money
As for warranty, it doesn't say anything on the ebuyer page about it so
Anyway, off to remove sound card. Thanks for your help
Have a great xmas and new year :)
And I hope not to return here for another year! (that sure won't happen :P)
D/L CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.
For posting the information , enter 'Snipping tool' in the Start button > Search box, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.

Have you been checking your temperatures?
Use Speed Fan or Core Temp , run one of these and check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.
Let us know the minimum and maximum temps you get.
Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and North Bridge (NB) voltages are.
Are you overclocking?
From your snips on TSF, your CPU voltage is high, this will cause CPU to over heat, this can cause freezes and BSoDs.
Which can be the reason you can't get the CPU latch open.
This is your biggest issue now, if you can't get it off then take it to a shop to see if they can get it off.
You will likely need to, at minimum, replace the thermal paste.
Monitor your temps at idle, under load, testing and/or gaming using Core Temp.
Your CPU max temp is 62 deg C.

Temps are fine. Have HWMonitor open. 37c idle. Not gone above 44c when playing games) aftermarket cooler. Never went above 46c when I did stress tests a while back
10 minutes in and the cpu never went over 49c, though dont know what the 79c is. Pc was having lagg spikes though.
Overclock is by 0.3... nothing really is it. Though my temperatures have been higher then 62c.. up to mid 70s before. When I had stock cooler

CPU voltage 1.344v.
Ram voltage 2.00v.
Can you go to your BIOS and tell us what the North Bridge (NB) voltage is?
You're overclocking your CPU so that will viod the warranty.
Will do now, how exactly do they know that I have OC though? Like don't settings save to mobo
Well I can't find what the NB voltage is. It's just normal.
Only just realised I remove the sound card, but didn't remove drivers. Just done that now. No problems since this morning
Well the last two days, I have had the BSOD 1 hour ish after I have turned PC back on from sleep mode so will see tomorrow
5am now, on iPad haha
I decided to do a memtest over night
Both sticks are in. 0 pass 33 fails.
ANOTHER RMA.. Great! Hopefully it doesn't bsod around Xmas as I need the pc and bank holidays
But what's the next step as I've returned the ram before and well I'm breaking it ?
