Thank you for your kind help.

    Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x86
    - the original installed OS on the system? Vista
    - an OEM or full retail version? retail
    - What is the age of system (hardware)? 2 years old
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) about 1 month, clear install

Hi byvaly. I Looked at your four most recent dumps. Three blame the Windows Direct X driver and one blames a Windows System file. These are very unlikely to be the real causes. I do see two almost guaranteed BSOD makers on your system.

The first is sptd.sys. I suggest that you uninstall Daemon Tools, Alcohol or what ever CD virtualization program you are running. These use a driver, found in your dump, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Select uninstall; do NOT select reinstall.

Here is a free alternative CD virtualization program that does not use the sptd.sys driver.
    Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

You also have this out of date driver loaded on your system:
    gdrv.sys Thu Mar 12 23:17:32 2009 - GIGABYTE Tools - Windows (R) Server 2003 DDK driver; belongs to EasySaver.
    Uninstall EasySaver.

Uninstall sptd.sys and EasySaver, reboot and let's see how your system does. Post back and let us know. If you get another BSOD, we will go from there.

    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 9696fcd7, The address that the exception occurred at

Daemon Tools uninstalled, sptd.sys is gone. Uninstalled both GigaByte utils - Energy Saver and Raid configurer, however gdrv.sys is still present in the Windows directory. Dunno what "EasySaver" is, dont have any file or app like this.

Shall i delete gdrv.sys by hand, is it safe, please?

Rename it rather than delete it. That way if you find it is critical, you can rename it again. Create a restore point. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, locate the driver file, and rename it from .sys to .old. Reboot and the driver will not load. This will break whatever software or hardware it is associated with.

I looked at your three latest dumps. Two of them blame the Windows system Direct X driver and one blames another Windows system driver. Because Direct X is blames, I suggest that you test your video card with Furmark following the instructions in this tutorial: Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark. Post back with your results.

I am trying to find anything that could be causing conflict. I see that you have Eset NOD32 installed. Usually your version of Eset does not create problems with Win 7. However, I have seen two other cases lately where your version may be the culprit. I suggest that you uninstall Eset using this removal tool:
Tool. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place. Make sure Windows Firewall is turned on. Reboot and let's see how your system does with Eset gone.

Arg2: 00000004, The address that the exception occurred at
