Frequent random freezing of Windows 7

I am experienceing frequent random freezing with Windows 7 x64. There is no BSOD, the machine just becomes unresponsive and I have to shut down by holding the power putton for several seconds. The problem does not happen in safe boot mode or safe boot with networking. The machine is a 9 month old Toshiba A505 laptop with Windows 7 pre-installed.

It has had these freezing issues since I purchased it but they have become worse lately. I have recently reset the laptop to factory settings (which reinstalls Windows 7) and installed all the Windows 7 updates but that did not solve the problem.

Zipped dump files and Perfmon report are attached.

Any help will be appreciated.
