Actually, both of my 3.0 card work fine. I cant determine what driver that was for.

Interesting. I would just leave it renamed. Sooner or later, you will find what it has affected - unless it is not a necessary driver.

Well, my first issue was that I got a crash when I went to sleep mode. That was kinda fixed when I found out I had a driver for my video card that requires 500W and I only had 350W. I fixed that by downloading dell's driver that is made to use 350W. I upgraded to a 700W PSU and installed the 500W driver by ATI, my sleep problem then started back up so I reverted back to the 350W driver. With that 700W PSU I also installed 2 USB 3.0 Cards I got from Micro center. After I installed those I got a diffrent BSOD at a different time (complete random times). After renaming all those drivers, my system seems fine the only problem is that Im still running Dell's 350W driver - this causes my video card to run slow and the Catylast control panel to not work right. SO, I'm trying to find a solution to why I cant run a 500W driver with a 700W PSU.

I think I found out what the mctkmd64.sys is, I have a USB to VGA card I used to use to get another monitor but I stopped using it as soon as I found out my card can handle 3 monitors. I haven't used that card in a few months, so I'm not sure how it caused system crashes.

I don't know that it caused the crash; I do know that it was involved in the crash. Whether or not you are using the card, the driver still loads on your system. Remove the card and uninstall it in device manager. See if it makes any difference.

Weather or not it caused anything, the driver is uninstalled so we can eliminate that form everything.

Zenixnet, is it possible for the system to boot into safe mode so Driver Sweeper can be run to remove all traces of the ATi driver (both Dell's and ATi's versions)? Then you can hopefully run the latest drivers for your GPU (10.12 still the latest driver).

I will boot in safe mode and run Driver Sweeper tonight, I've been meaning to do so but I have been busy for the past few days.

Does anyone have any ideas why I still get a crash when running ATI's 500W with a 700W PSU? Is it possible there are parts of ATI's and Dell's driver running at the same time and are conflicting with each other?

I will post the results of driver sweeper and safe mode tonight, thank you all for all your help and I sure hope this gets fixed soon!

I noticed Dell has an updated video card Bios for ATI HD 5770 which is S3C01005.101, A02, which is supposed to fix numerous issues.

I saw that today as well and quickly installed that, hopefully that will help when I can get time to do the safe mode uninstall/install.

FINALY! After a month of issues, I had 3 successful sleep modes with the 500W driver! So, the problem all along was PSU issues. Thank you ALL FOR YOUR HELP! I can't thank you all enough. Everything is working perfect right now, but if any issues come back I'll post them here. I'm off to give you all rep now!
