BSOD after new install

I have just done a fresh install of Windows 7 as I have swapped from an HDD to SSD. Everything seemed fine and I was in the process of ensuring I had all the correct drivers installed when I got a BSOD. Details from the error console are below:

I have followed the BSOD posting instructions and attached the zip, I can also upload the memory dump if this would help but will wait for some feedback first.

I did follow a guide on preparing an SSD before installing, I did it by booting into ubuntu from a usb stick and doing a secure erase from there, I'm wondering if it actually did anything though as it seemed to finish instantly

Update: Also had a second Blue screen with the same error codes just now.

I know this is a bit off topic but I just tried using diskpart to check the disk alignment as mentioned in the thread posted above and my SSD doesn't show up, it has definitely been there previously. It also doesn't appear in Computer Management>Disk Management.

I have decided to try cleaning the disk as described in the thread you linked to and reinstalling again, I'll be back if I run into more problems, sorry if anyone's spent any time looking into this already.
