BSOD at new Laptop, really strange!??

    Hello dear friends,

I recently bought a new DELL inspiron laptop m301z ( AMD processor) 13.3 inch and I randomly got some BSODs in a very short period of time and I think that something is wrong with my new laptop:

I have put the 2 test files as a .zip file @ the attachments, I hope that someone is able to help me out,

    Thanks guys.

    Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x64 (64-bit)
    - the original installed OS on the system? Yes, the original.
    - an OEM or full retail version? FULL retail version.
    - OEM = came pre-installed on system, Yes It came pre-installed on my system.

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? 2 weeks,
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) I didnt reinstall .

Hi brEsj. I looked at your three most recent dumps. None of them give a specific cause; all three indicate memory corruption. Because no specific cause is given, you will have tor troubleshoot using the process of of elimination.

To begin, I recommend that you uninstall Avira. Avira is known to cause BSOD's on some Win 7 systems as do many third party antivirus programs. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place. Reboot and see if this helps the stability of your system.

Next, I suggest that you test your RAM with Memtest86 following the instructions in this tutorial: RAM - Test with Memtest86+. Run Memtest from a cold boot after your computer has been off for a while. Let it run for at least 7 passes. This will take 6-8 hours. If you see errors, you can stop the test. Post back with your results. Those results will determine what we do next.

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.

I put the memtest on a USB drive, but when i reboot and select boot from usb it says ''Operating system not found'' and then continues to windows 7 start up screen,

Now some days passed and seems that the bsod increases time by time, it even happened directly after the user-login panel of windows..

I noticed that it happens more often when I use a lot of programs at the same time, f.e yesterday i connected my phone on my pc and when i wanted to synchronize the files, the bsod appeared again..again and again.

However i did the windows memory test, and no errors were found

Last thing that took my attention was the fact that after a BSOD the laptop rebooted and said that it could not find the OS, so i closed the laptop and turned it on again, and it worked again. It looks like the pc is working really well until Windows starts..
so mayb it has something to do with windows?

    UPDATE:
I managed to make the memorytest work, so far so good. Il post the results after 6 hours, when i did 7 tries.thank you.

Allright, I did the memtest, and it passed all 7 tries without any errors..
.. what are we going to do next ^^?
I am thinking about a format, but i tried making a partition so i can put my files on the other drive, but when i try making a partition, the blue screen of death pops up again... but ill be listening to you so maybe its better if i dont do a format?
    thank you.

    It seems that the bsod has increased, i sometimes get it when i login to windows, and i just got a BSOD with;
''IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL'' on it when i tried logging into windows...

Your latest four dumps are all error code A, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Usual causes are Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility. All of your drivers appear to be up to date. The dumps blame the Windows system core file, which is highly unlikely to be the real cause.

You ran Memtest and it found no errors. This indicates your RAM is probably OK. Memtest nor any other test is 100% accurate. Did you run Memtest from a cold boot after your computer had been off for a while? Most of your crashes are occurring shortly after booting up. This can indicate a power problem. Do you get the same BSOD's on battery as well as plugged in? Try booting in the safe mode. Do you get BSOD's?

Try enabling Driver Verifier following the instructions in this tutorial: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable. If Driver Verifier encounters a faulty driver, it will trigger a BSOD. Upload any and all Verifier enabled dumps.
