Windows 7: My Pc Crashes while im on my PC

My Pc Crashes while im on my PC

Hello Guys so i was using my PC and it randomly crash. While some one was calling me from skype it randomly crash Blue Screen of Death.
Here is my basic system information
Code:
 Windows 7 Ultimate x86 (32-bit)
- the original installed OS on the system? i really don't understand this question so i didn't answer it
- an OEM or full retail version? i buy it from future shop and i install it on my machine
What is the age of system (hardware)? im not sure what is hardware is and im not sure how old it is 
 - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)  i just reformat my PC 3 days ago

You have a very OLD (2005) driver which needs to be updated.

Just asking, do you even use RivaTuner? If not, uninstall it. That should solve the problem.

2 issues

1- A 5 year rtcore.sys file which should be removed.

2-safedrv.sys The memory dump blames safedrv.sys - a component of the Garena Update. I cant find any english info on it but maybe you know what it is. In any case it is what caused the BSOD
