Dell's come with a hardware diagnostic partition, accessed by F12 at power on. Run the diagnostics to see if anything shows up.
That 0x0000000a can be a memory problem or a device that is incorrectly accessing memory.
i checked with dell diagnostic ,with mem86, windows memory also no error found

Do a google search for the 0x0000000a error as there are lots of hits for that.
