    Lenovo system freeze on user splash screen

    Hi I have attached the dump file. I really appreciate your assistance in getting this resolved. Even after reverting to factory image I still have intermittent freeze issues at the user login splash screen.

    Love to help but no dmp file included in the upload try this method

    If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
    * Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

    I should clarify...I did attach the BSOD zip file that run the process to get all of the files you requested... to my original post.

    My issue is very straightforward in that my system will intermittently freeze about 5-10 seconds after the user login splash screen appears. I need to do a hard reboot in order to get back to the splash screen. Sometimes this will freeze only once, sometimes multiple times in a row.

    I saw other posts where even though there were freeze issues they advised to run the BSOD tool and post to BSOD group. Thanks for your help.
