Intermittent BSOD only when shutting down - wdf01000.sys

So, there are 3 Lenovo S30 desktops, which BSOD only during the shutdown sequence and NOT every time. Today I tried one of them and it did 3 successful shutdowns, but on the 4th one I got a BSOD.
Just to make it clear these BSOD only happen during shutdown and not during normal work.

Please find a screenshot of the BSOD + the zip file from DM Log Collector attached.
If you need any more information please let me know or if needed I can upload the big memory.dmp, which is 1.3GB

The Intel management interface driver is more than 2 years old, and is flagged in every single .dmp file. Update it here:
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

I suggest checking for and updating all the drivers on this system.
