Well, My server has been acting up since yesterday morning ish, i just got the machine up and running and was working fine for the past 3 weeks. I hooked up the HDD onto my laptop VIA USB and went over to G:\Windows\Minidump so that i can copy the files onto my laptop and show you guys what im dealing with. Also attached is a cellphone picture of the BSOD itself. Let me know what else you guys need! thank you for your time in reading my post

Nano - its the right place to post. Probably everyone is busy at the moment, so its best to be patient until someone gets the chance to help you.

    Hi Nano,

Analysing BSOD's is unfortunately beyond my experience at the moment (its actually an area I'm hoping to learn about).

BSOD's seem to be very common at the moment and all the BSOD crew are probably flat out trying to help other people at the minute. I'm sure someone will offer to analyse those files shortly and try and help you.

    Regards,
    Golden

    lets start fresh:

Anything added/removed from the server (software/hardware) wise?

Can you tell me about the BSOD process? When does it BSOD? is it regular or random?

I took a quick look, and it looks like win32k.sys is requesting a semaphore lock, but it is causing a page fault (and because it's win32k.sys requesting at DPC dispatch level, a page fault will cause a crash - otherwise the OS will deadlock). It seems like the stack is corrupt (the base pointer is incorrect for the thread in all cases), so it's either a win32k.sys issue, or it's a driver issue with another driver I cannot see on the stack. I took a look at the loaded module list to see if anything was close to the memory info on the stack, and it looks like cdd.sys and scdemu.sys - I know cdd.sys is a Microsoft file, but it appears that scdemu.sys is PowerISO - also, I see the realtek driver loaded near one of the memory locations, so I would guess it's crashing during device enumeration. If it's possible to get that OS booted in safe mode, getting rid of the PowerISO software and drivers would be a good place to start. Pretty much everything else on that machine looks perfectly fine.

I just upgraded the video card and added to more HDDs. The machine was running fine for a couple of days, Like a week or so. The BSOD happens during boot, although most of the times occurs after I have typed my password and press enter, I thought it might had caught a virus (Although I am really careful how i surf the net on any of my machines) I removed that HDD and performed a thorough scan as well as checked the HDD for errors. Everything came out fine.

I then began to trouble shoot other components, Because at this point, hardware failure is my next option, i booted it up without power to the CD drive... Without power to extra fans... and booted even tried booting with only one stick of ram in each slot.

I am unable to get into safe mode easily, sometimes it will boot, other times it will BSOD after 10 minutes of logon time. I checked windows files using both the startup repair feature and the other one... i forget whats it called. Thanks for the responses!

Thinking it may be due to a vid driver... do you have an onboard card you can use to troubleshoot the issue?
