Yes I've tried running in safemodes and stuff. It just flashes blue and restarts. My computer is only 1 week old..

Did you make a restore disc or have your disc for loading win 7?
Shut it completely off/put disc in/ and re-boot!

I don't have my original W7 disc only one I created. Will it work? It's the same version.

Ok I went into my boot stuff and changed it all to fail safe options. I ran it, it got to the loading bit on windows 7 professional before It starts up and crashed on the Welcome part.. Any ideas?

If you can't get it started or open up then why not try it?
What are you using to get here to this forum?

    My dads laptop.

Ok I'm on. Like I said I changed my bios stuff to Fail safe options (f6 on my computer when on the screen.) Then I got stuck on the loading part. I then restarted and it gave me a option to run safe mode + networking (I did before and it didn't work) so I did that. Now I need to figure out how I can run it while not on safe mode without crashes.. Suggestions?
