Stupid weird mega bug of DoOoM

I bought a compaq 615 with windows 7 home premium 32bit. It has a weird bug that like "activates" and after that, NOTHING works. most of my programs, games, flash games and other stuff wont work. If i start them, it stops responding until i force close it. the only way to disable that is to restart and it may take like over 25 restarts until it starts working again (for little time, like 10mins until the bug activates again). I have no viruses and nothing. When i shutdown my comp when the bug is activated i have to force shutdown bechause it says explorer.exe isnt responding and ive also tried closing and reopening explorer with task manager. is there any other way to fix this than buying a new computer??? I bought this like 2months ago.

    Try running SFC /SCANNOW.

    start>search>type cmd> right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

let us know the report at the end

please scan your computer with Malwarebytes , unless you have always had this problem since unpacking...
