    I'd like to se the back of the monitor since like I posted as far as I know you only have the choice between VGA port Blue, DVI white and HDMI slot.
    Are you refering to changing the cable you used or the port?
    Anyways glad it working.

    Here is the 3 types of video ports on the video card.

    1 - VGA

    2- DVI

    3 - HDMI

    Does your monitor have these 3 types ?

    Yes. And number 1 and 2 are plugged in.
