Windows 7: Strange crash

AMILO Notebook Pa 3515
I bought this notebook model in 2008. I tried to install Windows Vista and Windows 7 on this laptop and it did not work either in properly. It works perfectly for a few minutes at maximum settings and then get stuck (there are some squares on the screen,Like the desktop was broken in many pieces).Sometimes it works a whole day, and sometimes just a few minutes. I gotta stop button. It works perfectly on Windows XP. I did update the bios to version 1.16 as is recommended. But do the same.
How can I do to run a better version of Windows? I tried latest drivers from the video card manufacturer. And all updates to date. SystemDiagnostics tool finds no problem.
And no crash dump.
I will come back with some photos taken with phone.
