Crashes when making up from sleep

I've had this problem for a while, I've searched the forum and others as well but can't seem to find a solution.
    I have a Toshiba M505D-S4930 with Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
I've updated every driver, checked every power setting and prayed to every god I could pronounce. No results
No blue screens pop their heads on my screen, but when I wake up from sleep the boot screen runs and recover from crash screen occurs. I find it very frustrating to have no answers, and every time i open my laptop i have to reboot.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help

Welcome to the forum, Pcalibur. Even if you have not had had a blue screen, read the following tutorial and follow the instructions. The uploaded files may help us to spot a problem. https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

No offense, but all that's in your .zip is your system info. Without the .dmp file(s), we really can't do much more than guess.

How do I get the .dmp file? Sorry, I kinda don't really know what I'm doing. I followed that link that CarlTR6 posted but it wasn't all that clear to me. I also checked the windows/minidump file but it was empty

There should be a memory.dmp file in \Windows, or perhaps multiple .dmp files in \Windows\Minidump.

OK - you'll need to make some configuration changes then. Open the control panel, click "System and Security", click "System", click "Advanced system settings" in the left-hand pane, click the "Settings" button in the 'Performance' section, click the "Advanced" tab again, and then click the "Change" button. Make sure that "Automatically manage paging file size for all volumes" is not checked, and then select the drive letter that contains your \Windows folder (usually C:) from the list, select "Custom size", and then enter in both the "Initial size" and "Maximum size" boxes the amount of RAM installed in your system, in MB (for example, if you have 4GB of RAM, enter 4096) and click the "Set" button. Click "OK" twice to get back to the "System Properties" window on the "Advanced" tab. If you are prompted to reboot at any time, do NOT reboot. Next, click the "Settings" button in the 'Startup and Recovery' section, and make sure that both "Write an event to the system log" and "Automatically restart" are checked. In the "Write debugging information" drop-down box, make sure "Kernel memory dump" is selected, and then click "OK" twice. NOW reboot , and the next time the system crashes like this it should create a "memory.dmp" file in \Windows.

that still didn't work for some reason. I did everything you said to, then put my computer to sleep. When I tried to wake it up, It crashed (as usual) and then rebooted. I went to check my \Windows and \Windows\Minidump but nothing

OK, at this point, go back and uncheck the "Automatically reboot" option, and reboot and try it again. This time it should stay on the blue screen until you manually reboot it, and note the bugcheck code and parameters. There are a (very) small number of bugcheck types that can actually result in no dmp file being created.
