    Welcome to SF.

    Please upgrade your network driver:
    Intel(R) 82567V-2
Your current date is June 2009

    Do you have
    Auzentech X-Fi Prelude 7.1?
If so, the driver is August 2008

right for the drivers yes i have prelude sound card and i use custom drivers as the normal drivers have this pausing issue with them where the sound stops to buffer for a sec every so often. as for network drivers ill look into them now

im downlaoding and installing the latest drivers for the network my mobo site has to offer, and the sound drivers im using are

SB X-Fi Series Support Pack 2.0

yes and it dint work mate so i installed the older stuff again so i dint have the sound pause issue.. does the file say that the prelude if the cause?

people on other forumks seem to think its a USB related issue can you find anything in the mini dump which says this then i can concentrate on this area, the only usb stuff i have is mouse/keyboard/360 wireless pad...

my keyboard is razor and my my mouse is stealseries wow

ok mate i have a way to stop these from running i have disabled all services and all starup application that i dont need, all i left running is nvidia (now ive installed without the 3D vision) and eset (antivirus)

now i can run the net + play games and not worry about virus or anything else interfering like usb device software... let see if this rules out them or not..if this dont work and i still get the shutdown issue and see as people cant find anything more in the mini dump im gona take it im screwed and i have one of these errors that no one can help me with
