BSOD to networking drivers?

I was having several back-to-back BSOD's that I narrowed down to a Razer mouse driver titled "Lachesis.sys". I have since completely uninstalled, removed all drivers, and now using a generic Microsoft mouse.

However, as of today, the BSOD's started again, this time pointing to a network driver. The requested files are attached below.

- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
- the original installed OS on the system? Vista Professional
- an OEM or full retail version? Full Retail
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? 2 years 1 month
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) 8 months, did a complete wipe of HDD and reinstalled
