You are correct to update your video driver:
Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\nvlddmkm.sys (184.108.40.20693, 9,40 MB (9.853.248 bytes), 14.07.2009 00:09)
Are you saying you are not able to update the driver? Are you able to remove the driver? If so, you can use Guru3D to remove traces of NVidia, then reinstall video driver.
Guru3D - removes leftover traces of drivers for NVIDIA (Display and Chipset), ATI (Display), Creative (Sound) Realtek (Sound), Ageia (PhysX) and Microsoft (Mouse)
If this is not the case, let us know.
You should also update your Realtec network driver:
Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\rt86win7.sys (7.2.1125.2008, 136,50 KB (139.776 bytes), 10.06.2009 23:18)
