    BSOD with pinnacle

    - 64 bit windows 7 full retail version
    - antivirus is Kaspersky Internet Security 2011
    - Pinnacle studio ultimate 12

All works fine. Only when i connect the camera and in the Pinnacle studio i use the option CAPTURE i get the blue screen.
The capture option was working fine on my old computer with Win Vista x86 system.
Pinnacle advised to go back to Vista which is not an option for me.
Win 7 itself recognises both cameras i use (Sony and JVC, both over 5 years old) and downloads the drivers automaticaly it even starts the studio when camera is connected and when i press capture it gives the blue screen every time...
please find attached all the files as per instructions, thank you in advance for your help.

Seems Pinnacle was not updated for Windows 7, and that is the cause of the BSODs
Use Vista compatibility mode Compatibility Mode

Contact the manufacturer for an updated version of their software for Windows 7

    Update this driver:
    MarvinBus64.sys Fri Sep 23 14:17:03 2005 → Pinnacle Studio's Marvin Bus

If you cannot find the update, it mean that software/device is obsolete and not compatible with windows 7.
