    The Intel Wireless Networking driver is the cause
    Update it in safe mode with networking
    http://www.intel.com/support/detect.htm

    Code:
    BugCheck 1E, {0, 0, 0, 0}

    Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\netw5v64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for netw5v64.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for netw5v64.sys
    Probably caused by : netw5v64.sys ( netw5v64+22256d )

    Uninstall AVG Download the correct AVG Remover for your system. Download MSE to replace AVG. Uninstall AVG, Re-boot to Safe Mode (Tap F8(?) repeatedly at POST screen). In Safe Mode run the AVG Remover tool. Re-boot to normal mode and install MSE.

    Update these old Conexant Drivers

    CAX_CNXT.sys Wed Oct 18 19:30:08 2006
    CAX_DPV.sys Wed Oct 18 19:33:30 2006
    CAXHWAZL.sys Wed Oct 18 19:31:09 2006
    mdmxsdk.sys Mon Jun 19 22:27:26 2006
    xaudio64.sys Sat Aug 05 01:42:47 2006

    If you are unable to update them, disable them by renaming .old e.g xaudio64.sys to xaudio64.old

    I uninstalled AVG as you told me and renamed all these files to name.old.sys because I did not want to install any driver that i wasn´t sure was the right one.But I get these two BSOD after doing so.

    I am uploading only the minidumps, because I suppose you have the other info already.
