New Build, Plagued with BSod

I recently built a new computer, it runs great, until it crashes. I haven't pinned down what im doing thats causing the BSoD since they happen too often, when im gaming, browsing, installing a game (small apps seem to install no problem) Heres my last three, all withen 20 minutes. Included is a dxdiag.txt to you can see what i have. I hate having to ask for help as i can usually solve my own problems.

ive updated my lan drivers
updated my videocard drivers, i was using 260.xx but i was having problems with those too.
updated my motherboard bios
audio drivers.
I ran windows memory diagnostics with no errors
and i did a chkdsk on my hard drive with no errors.
actually, im kind of confused because in my device manager i see 5 "High Definition Audio Devices". Now my mobo has onboard audio, and my videocard has an HDMI output so thats 2 but why 5?
