    BSOD crashes occur every day....

    Hi, please help me!

I bought this computer in october and a few weeks after I got it I started to get BSoD. Each day I get about 1-2 BSoD and a few days I can manage to have it working properley without a single crashes.

The BSoD that seems to be the most common one in my case is this one:

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff800030d2fa5, 0xfffff8800ac068d0, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 010911-24866-01."

If anyone got a clue about this, I would happiley take your advices :)

    Specs:
    Is Windows 7 x64 ultimate
    - x64
    - Windows 7 x64 is the original OS
    - full retail version

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? Half year old.
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) Only one istallation, made in october.

    Your video drivers were involved

    - Boot into safe mode with networking
    - Uninstall the ATI drivers including Catalyst Control Center
    - Use driver sweeper to remove leftover ATI display driver files Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
    - Reboot in safe mode with networking ATI Radeon
    - Install the latest drivers
    - Reboot into normal mode

    Ok! Done and done!

I just did uninstall every ATI software I had and now installed the latest drivers for my grahpics card. This time I only downloaded the drivers for the graphics card and ignored that cataclysm controller who has given me nothing but trouble.

On a sidenote I did notify that before I uninstalled all the files I had two different folders with graphic card drivers in the ATI folder. This might have been something that could have caused the problem in the first place.

    Any thoughts?

Anyway, I am thanful for the information you gave me and only time can tell now if this fixed my problem.
