Windows 7: Windows error recovery

Please help me.....i have motherboard Asrock G41MH/USB3


ASRock > Produkte > G41MH/USB3


And the "big" problem is that every time when i install clean windows 7 on HDD i get the message "windows error recovery"



In first boot is everything ok but when i shutdown the PC and start up next day or 5 hours later comes up this message, than computer restarts 5 times than windows come in log in screen

What could be a problem?

Other components:

Printer :Konica Minolta pagepro 1380MF
Monitor:Samsung
.
.
.
And the HDD is sata


What if i install WinXP on the hdd? Would work on sata HDD? or need any driver for that........?
