Windows 7: BSOD --> tcpip.sys!

Hi, I get lots of BSODs saying that the problem is from the tcpip.sys, I googled a lot and couldn't find any solution for my problem, I use Windows 7 Ultimate x64, installed it one year ago, my PC is 3 and a half years old and I changed my motherboard a couple of months ago.
Would you help me identifying the problem please?

Hello,

It appears Avast is causing the problem. Remove it according to these directions: https://support.avast.com/index.php?...=0,1,22#idt_02

Replace it with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Install these updated Realtek network drivers: Realtek
