Hey Tepis, Welcome back.. Wish it where under better circumstances.

I have went through the recent Dump files and you still have a few drivers Out Of Date. And your Dump is referencing memory as well.

PxHlpa64.sys Mon Dec 10 17:49:01 2007 Refer to (pxHelp20.sys programs)

Or Disable Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHlpa64.sys to PxHlpa64.BAK

This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.

adfs.SYS Thu Jun 26 15:52:37 2008 (Adobe)
AsIO.sys Mon Dec 17 03:11:49 2007 Asus Probe Out of Date Remove or Update (ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-)

After you have updated or removed the old.

Run Memtest86+ For 7 Passes, could take 6 to 8 hours
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Post Back with Results

Its a Adobe File System Driver, Would recommend updating it. But you can rename any old driver that way, And whatever they are associated with will no longer work.

Apon Further Investigation. And checking your most recent dumps, the error of which its giving you. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL = This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.

amdxata.sys Tue May 19 12:56:59 2009 <~~ Culprit (Storage Filter Driver)
This is the only driver you have left on your system that is Out of the Range of July 13th 2009

So lets try and run An elevated command prompt By Going to start, typing in cmd right click on it and click run as administrator then type in

SFC.EXE /scanfile=c:\windows\system32\amdxata.sys

See if there is any issues with that file. Im unsure if there is an update. They're should be, the date on that file should be July 13th 2009 As well..

Oh yeah we need to turn that off... So u can scan it. Go to Control Panel and click System Then in the left pane click system protection.
Then choose your C drive or OS drive. Click on Configure. Then Click the Turn off System Protection Bubble. After you scan we can turn it back on.
