    Bsod

    Hi,
I'm getting BSOD saying driver power state failure when I close the lid of my laptop to hibernate it. It does not happen when it hibernates itself (after an hour of no use, for example).

I have Windows 7 Home Premium x64, which is the original OS, and came OEM. The laptop is less than a year old.

Attached is my performance report and BSOD dump.

    Thanks

for whatever it's worth, I've seen several references to Win 7 and hibernate modes. The usual advice is to disable them.

I use hibernate quite a lot, it's kind of necessary for me.
I have had other BSOD problems unrelated to hibernation as well, this is just the latest.
