    Several Issues with system//BSOD

I am going to cut to the chase. I bought this laptop and have had nothing but issues. I have had it for a little over 2 years and have had 2 hard drives and a motherboard replaced (Thank God for the warranty) I am getting the BSOD again, and I honestly do not want to deal with the company...again. BUT I will if I have to. My warranty expires as of 8/11

    Technical Information on dump:

    Stop: 0x0000007a (0xc0459aa8. 0xc000000e, 0xad1fb860, 0x8b35512b)

    Partmgr.sys address 8b35512b Base @ 8b349000 Date Stamp 4a5bbf27

I am told that the BSOD can be caused by software issues, however every time I have brought my system in, it has been a hardware issue.

    Please advise.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Sabrina and welcome

We really need the DMP file created when the computer crashed. Please follow these instructions to upload it

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
    * Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

Thank you for the help Zigzag. No worries. I shall *try* to do this.

Can you tell me how to find the windows/minidump folder, and also how to zip this up? I will try to search out the directions to do this. Not exactly a high tech kinda girl. :) But I am learning.

Found c:\windows\minidmp but will not let me copy/send as zip as it is saying 'file not found or no read permission'
It does have a lock icon next to the file name.

Also it states that it can not find a program to run this file.

I attached a pic of the file that I can not open or compress
I was able to compress the memory.dmp file. But when I try to attach it, I run into a 404 error.
