Windows 7: Kernel Data Inpage Error + IRQL Not Less or Equal BSOD Problem

Kernel Data Inpage Error + IRQL Not Less or Equal BSOD Issue [Solved]

I have no idea what is going on recently as I've been having the more important BSOD of the Kernel error.

1 - chkdsk /f, no issues.
2 - Eset SS virus scan or possible hijacking, no issues.
3 - Driver verifier with only top 3 options check selected for non-MS drivers, no issues.
4 - Software drivers always up to date as well with Windows Updates.

If you can solve my issue I'll be very grateful.

Windows 7 Ult. x64 Retail
ATi Radeon 5800 Series (10.10 drivers as 10.12 has many bugs)
Asus P6T Deluxe (bios 2101)
Corsair Dominator Ram

System is about a few years old and OS install was around 4-5 months from last reformat.

Note 1: I've noticed BSOD of the last one aka Kernel BSOD happend during me sleeping and my monitor went into power saving mode after 10 minutes during my sleep. I woke up to turn on my monitor then from the monitor sleep and noticed on my OSD keyboard display that the time on the clock has frozen and the screen remained black so I had to reboot.

Note 2: Seems most of my BSOD happenings seem to correlate to ntoskrnl.exe a lot so I'm not sure if it is a corrupt ntoskrnl.exe? I mean I can boot into windows fine.

Note 3: Running virus scan or possible deep scan will bsod my pc right when it starts scanning windows backupfiles located in Windows\Winsxs folder for some reason after it scans a certain folder during the scan but differs from time to time and sometimes scans the folder successfully.

I've provided the two pictures and minidump as needed. If you need anything more, just say so.

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff6fc00018248, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
Arg2: ffffffffc0000185, error status (normally i/o status code)
Arg3: 000000018bf13860, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
Arg4: fffff80003049e00, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)
Debugging Details:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff80012df88fa, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
 bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002d253f6, address which referenced memory

Thanks for the response cybercore. Will try as instructed and get back to you on progress. Is there anyway to avoid uninstalling DT/sptd.sys? I use that quite often for mounting images.

Update: Just did a reformat after installing SSD and no problems so far with the same settings installed. Think there was a corrupt file that could've contributed to these bsods or DT in general as I've gone back to Alc. In the meantime I took the liberty of installing AMD 11.1 drivers and again no further bsods as of yet. Thanks for the help.

No problem, do not uninstall it if no more bsods.

Less advanced substitutes would be PowerISO - it mounts ISO's only.
