Hi, horns, and welcome to the forum. Please read this thread, follow the instructions and post back. We will be glad to help you.

http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

While I wait for your additional files, I will suggest that you uninstall Norton using this removal tool: Tool. Norton is a known cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems and it was involved in your crash. Replace Norton with Microsoft Security Essentials and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.

I also see some outdated drivers on your system; but I need more information on a couple of these which is why I need the additional files.

You are welcome for the help and thanks for the files. I can get by without the Perfmon report. Your dump blames a Windows system driver, which is very unlikely to be the real cause. It also indicated memory corruption.

I find these out of date drivers loading on your system. They are all Toshiba drivers. Outdated drivers can and do cause conflicts and crashes. Update these drivers from Toshiba. The links are provided.

Uninstall Norton and update the Toshiba drivers. Reboot and see if your system is more stable. Please post back and let us know. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will go from there.
