    Run Prime95; all 3 tests would be a good idea (Small and Large FFTs, Blend).

    Memtest has already been ran with 0 problem (I ran it for 24 hours). And prime 95 showed no problems either.

    could it be my bios settings? I just installed windows xp pro and it still gets blue screens?

    Hardware is the most likely cause.

    Did you run all 3 Prime95 tests? Be sure to run each of them for about 3 hours.

    Also, do you have a different PSU you can test out? Could you move the PC to a different circuit in the house, to try to eliminate power issues?

    It was a software issue the whole time, I switched to Windows XP Pro x64 and it works like a beauty now after I updated drivers. I wish I could use Windows 7 but something is not compatible. Even my VMware crashes with windows 7, which is quite odd.
