BSOD - Please help.....

Upon boot up of the system i get the BSOD - i have been able to boot in Safe Mode on several occasions but it takes a few times to get it. I have included the minidump files as requested but cannot get the perf. monitor records to work. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I was able to do a Chkdisk scan last night...hopefully these results will help determine the problem.

When i couldn't fix the problem...i tried the re-install windows - still didn't fix the problem. I need this computer for work tomorrow...any help is greatly apprecaited.
