Hi BenSimpson. Welcome to the Forum.

Removing and updating the following drivers will help you on the road to recovery:

Norton is known to be a cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. I suggest that you uninstall Norton

using the Norton

Removal Tool
in Safe Mode until your issue is resolved. Download Blue Screen friendly

Microsoft Security Essentials as its

replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled!

This driver is very old and is known to cause BSOD's:

ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005 Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility

Link to latest copy, MB WIN7 ATK

The sptd.sys driver is notorious for causing BSOD's with Windows 7. It's used by Daemon Tools which

will also have to be uninstalled.
Then use the correct uninstaller in Safe Mode for your set up to remove sptd.sys:

Duplex Secure 32bit
Duplex Secure 64bit

Outdated Drivers:

nvlddmkm.sys Thu May 14 21:48:07 2009 nVidia Video driver

Rt64win7.sys Wed Jun 23 10:10:45 2010 Realtek LAN RTL811 v7.034

Already did asacpi.sys noticed it in another post.

Is there a way to update or fix Daemon Tools? If not oh well. Is there another virtual drive utility that is as functional but more compatable?

When I update to the latest video driver my blurays stop playing?

I am trying the realtek now...

Any other suggestions that could be helpful?

Thanks A Bunch,
Ben

Possibly:

Start regedit.exe.
Navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace

Back up the Namespace key.
Delete the sub-key (folder) of Namespace that has no name.

It appears to have been a memory chip, I tested each one (memtest86+ v4.10) individually and only one of the four tested bad I left it out and now my machine appears to be stable no glitches, no hang ups, no BSOD's.

I re-ran windows assessment tool and my memory score actually went up just by taking that one module out.

I will repost in a couple of days to be sure... but it really looks as though it was just bad memory.

Thank you for your help and advice,
Ben
