Win7 Random BSOD while playing videogames

I believe the last few weeks I have been going nuts trying to figure out why my pc is getting the dreaded BSOD when I am playing games on it.

I built this pc myself using all new parts/components with the exception of a HD and a DVD/CD ROM drive that were taken from a Gateway I purchased 6 months prior. The Gateway HD I used as the primary drive and have a secondary WD HD that was purchased just to install games and other media onto. I also have a second DVD drive. The OS was Vista 64bit on the old Gateway and been upgraded to Win 7 Home Prem 64.

My rig was mainly built for high-end gaming and used to play music and videos occasionally. All parts purchased in Aug 2010 and self assembled by Sep 2010. All Bios and Drivers updated to most current. I have always monitored the heat coming from both the CPU and the GFX card but until just recently I've been experiencing issues with flickering desktop wallpaper. I did some tweaks of my settings and eventually had to RMA my Radeon HD5850 so I am using a HD5770 for the time being (both 1GB). But it appears that the issues are coming from other things that I have not been able to figure out as of yet.

I have attempted to wipe the harddrive and reinstall but was halted by some issues that I have not fixed yet but at the time things seem to cleared up but not so much... All files are attached and I would appreciate any insight to my woes so I can correct them and get my system back up to running at 100%!

Thanks!

Your Snakebyte FFXIV game controller(or any similar device) is the cause, contact the manufacturer for an updated version of the driver or remove/reinstall this device
