Hi Maggot,
AVG is known to be a cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems so you need to uninstall it. Download the correct AVG Remover for your system. Download Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Re-boot to Safe Mode. In Safe Mode run the AVG Remover tool. Re-boot to normal mode and install MSE. Make sure your Windows firewall is enabled!

Your dump is error code 116, VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE. Here are two articles to read on the 116 error code:
[2-Int] STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting
https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tml#post280172
But before you start working with the video error, I see something that can be causing conflict and affecting your video subsystem. You appear to be running two antivirus programs simultaneously. This is a big potential cause of conflict.
1. Uninstall AVG using this removal tool: Tool (32bit). If you have AVG Identity Protection Installed, please remove it with this tool: Tool. AVG is a known cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems.
2. Uninstall Kapsersky with this removal tool: Tool. Kaspersky is also known to cause BSOD's on some Win 7 systems.
3. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials. MSE generally runs very smoothly with Win 7. Make sure Windows Firewall is turned on. Do not install any third party security software until you know your system is stable. When you are sure your system is stable, you can try Kaspersky again. Don't run two antivirus programs nor two firewalls.
Out of date drivers are can and do cause conflicts, memory corruption and BSOD's. I find the following outdated drivers loaded on your system. Some are XP drivers and quite obsolete. These can conflict with your video subsystem. Update these drivers through the links provided or uninstall the software/hardware they are associated with.
How to find drivers -gdrv.sys Thu Mar 12 23:17:32 2009 - Gigabyte Easy Saver - mobo power utility driver. GIGABYTE - Support & Downloads - Downloads - Motherboard. Uninstall Gigabyte's Easy Saver program, as it is known to cause BSODs.

RTKVHDA.sys Tue Jan 20 01:10:46 2009 - Realtek HD Audio Codec Driver. Realtek.- I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box above. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
- - To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
Uninstall AVG and Kaspersky. Update all of the above drivers. Reboot and see how your system runs. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will look at your video subsystem.

Your video drivers are still being blamed, there is a possibility that your GPU/RAM is defective
Test your RAM RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Yowanvista is of course correct your video driver blamed. I would just like to add there are still 4 year old drivers on the system
Use these to update themCode:mdmxsdk.sys 6/19/2006 16:26:59 0x449716a3 0x8202a000 0x8202d180 0x00003180 HSF_CNXT.sys 11/8/2006 18:59:29 0x45526f61 0x916fb000 0x917ad400 0x000b2400 HSFHWBS2.sys 11/8/2006 18:59:34 0x45526f66 0x910ad000 0x910ebd80 0x0003ed80 HSF_DPV.sys 11/8/2006 19:00:07 0x45526f87 0x91609000 0x916faa00 0x000f1a00 RTKVHDA.sys 1/20/2009 1:10:46 0x49756ae6 0x82038000 0x8226c7c0 0x002347c0 Rt86win7.sys 2/26/2009 4:04:22 0x49a65b16 0x91023000 0x91048000 0x00025000
How To Find Drivers:- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference- search Google for the name of the driver
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

MAggOT, Ken is spot on. Before we worry about hardware, you have to update those old drivers.
