BSOD - Random - Driver Issue?

Running Win7 x64. Tried multiple fresh insallations, two motherboards, memtest, different HDDs and I've narrowed this down to a driver issue. Also, the only way to complete any Win installs is to unplug all USB deviced before the 'Completing installation' stage. One other problem is after installing Catalyst 10.12 for my HD6870, my mouse lags in the top right corner in an area of 15px or so, unless I switch off various aero effects.

I grabbed Driver Genius Professional and got the latest chipset drivers for the mobo.

I tried Win Driver Verifier on all drivers, and as expected it BSODed on startup. Then I ran it only on ntoskrnl and it did not BSOD on startup. There's too many to try one at a time and I don't know how to properly analyse the logs.

DMP files attached. Newly built system. Thanks in advance.
