    Hi All,

I Have Windows 7 Ultimate Version and when I try to install my driver for my videocard ATI Radeon X1600 Pro, I have a Blue Screen when I restart the OS.

See the attached file for more information.

Hello poscalcure and welcome to Seven Forums.

You have some old drivers that could be updated. Old drivers can cause BSOD.

One of most causes for BSOD. Update this from ASUS Website - likely your CPU/Motherboard

Uninstall Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%. They use a file sptd.sys which is notorious for BSOD. Once you have uninstall Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%, use this tool to delete sptd.sys: DuplexSecure - Downloads

At this moment, I have remove Daemon Tool's and sptd.sys from my system and update my driver. I don't have any Blue Screen and it's seems to be ok for now.

If we have any problem in future, I'll advise.

    Thanks for help!
