    irql_not_less_or_equal_driver windows 7

I'm getting a BSoD every time I start my computer right on the login screen. The only way I can get my computer to start at all is to use Safe Mode or use an Ubuntu live cd, which I am doing now. I don't know what can be causing the crash, I can't remember making any drastic changes to the system besides installing Virtual Box. Now, I have read the BSoD posting instructions very carefully, but being I can't log into my Windows 7 partition with networking (I tried the Safe Mode with Networking option, same BSoD), I can't download or install any of those tools to zip up my BSoD dumps or anything like that, the best I can do is zip them up myself and upload them. But the fact that I can boot into vanilla safe mode and not the one with networking leads me to believe that it might have something to do with my networking driver. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Reinstall your Network driver in safe mode.

If it doesn't work, then try startup repair → Startup Repair

I've concluded that it is in fact a problem with my network driver, I started up Windows in safe mode, went into Device Manager and disabled my network driver. I then rebooted and started up normally, and this time, no crash. Of course, no networking at all though, so I didn't really solve much, it wasnt much better than safe mode in this state. How do I do a driver rollback? By the way, I've already tried system restore and system repair twice each, didn't help.

To do a driver rollback, go to Device Manager, right-click on the device and select Properties, and in the Driver tab, hit "Driver rollback".

You might also try uninstalling the drivers for the device, rebooting, and see of that works. If not, replace the network card.
