    Memtest86+ is an open source branch of Memtest86. Six of one and half dozen of the other I suppose.

    You have a an old driver installed:

    Module Name: lirsgt
    Display Name: lirsgt
    Driver Type: Kernel
    Link Date: 3/6/2004 1:53:01 PM

    My understanding is that lirsgt.sys is brought to by Tages SA for software copy protection purposes. This version is not W7 compatible but it may not be causing your issue. I was most likely installed with a game. You might be able to find a compatible version here.

    Nice work on building your system, I always prefer BYOC over OEM.

    Knowing that all 500w power supplies are not created equal, I am wondering if your issue isn't with your power supply. It is listed as enough for your GT240 but you also have a x4 CPU and RAM to feed. I have had more issues with power supplies that came with cases than ones I bought seperatly. I just wish there was an easy way to test it.
