Home Premium auto shut down every 2 hours

My Windows 7 Home Premium OEM x 64 auto shuts down every 2 hours. Safe mode boot message appears when I restart, but nothing found in the minidump file.

The shut down is immediate and occurs regardless of what the PC is used for, idle or busy. The same happens in I try safe mode. I have also tried to disconnect all additional PCI cards and other HW, but it is always the same. Auto immediate shut down after 2 hours. When switched on again after auto shut down it will last another 2 hours before a new auto shutdown.

    Logs attached. What to do?

Welcome to SevenForums. That sounds like what the Beta version of Windows 7 used to do after it expired last year. Where did you get your copy of 7 and how long have you had it?

Bought the OEM version through a web retailer at the same time as new motherboard, CPU and RAM in May 2010. It is activated successfully with Microsoft.

Check your Parental Controls. A very remote chance.

Your dump file has a 0xCE stop error

Thanks, I updated the drivers to the latest but but it's still the same. I have also tried without this sound card and it will still switch off after 2 hours.
    Parental controls are not activated.

    Other ideas?

What are the dates on the updated drivers? they need to be at least 6/2009. To check right click each driver and check the dates. I also have creative and they dont do a really good job of staying current on drivers.
