BSOD at start [WIN7 Ultimate x64]

Hello guys,

Im new to the forum but i heard what you can do and i hope you could help me out with this one .

I bought a computer from a guy, good pc, good hardware, but had Win vista, so i installed Windows 7 Ultimate.
Now every time i start up the PC, after logging in, i get serveral BSOD's, all the time. Sometimes after 3 or 4 i can login without problems. And sometimes it just won't. I uploaded 2 minidumps with the most common error i got:

Hope you can find something, and maybe also the fix for the problems .

Test your RAM
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Code:
BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff96000137a6f, fffff8800891b170, 0}

Probably caused by : memory_corruption

You mean updating the BIOS, if the RAM is defective nothing can be done except replacing it

Ow yeah i mean the BIOS, yes . I will try the testing, but my friend also mentioned something about the slots of the RAM's. I have 2 white and 2 blue on my motherboard, and i have both of them in the blue, and he mentioned something about trying in slot 1 and 3..

Because i think my RAM is ok because i already ran some RAM-test of windows. Or is the one you said a better test?

Memtest86 is the recommended test for RAM
