    BSOD "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal"

    Hello!

    I have never had a problem with my computer before. But yesterday when I was just browsing the internet, my computer locked up, and after a second had a BSOD. It gave me the error above and as well the mumbo jumbo on a BSOD error. When I tried restarting my computer, it gave me the option to restart in safe mode, safe mode with networking, and normal mode. At first I chose normal, but it gave me the BSOD at the login screen. I tried both safe modes, but still, it gave me the BSOD error at the login screen. I've tried the following things;

    - Open PC and check cable connections
    - Tried windows recovery point
    - Windows startup error check

    Still none of it works. And like I said earlier, it still gives me the BSOD even in safe mode! I have the following specs;

    - Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
    - It is a prebuilt computer (Win 7 preinstalled)
    - Approx 1 year old

    I did not update any drivers or change anything in the computer that could have possibly caused this.

    Does anyone have any tips for me? Or can point me in the direction on what to do next? The login screen seems to be the point where it crashes.

    Thank you for your reply; but I cannot even get past the login screen, normal or safe mode. What can I do to get into my documents?
