    Stop Error 124

    All,

I have a brand new laptop with a fresh set of memory and occasionally I get the dreaded BSOD STOP 124 error. Needless to say is has been frustrating trying to find out what caused it.

I have run multiple memory tests and all have passed successfully (HP Diags). Also ran the burn-in test with no issues.

I have actually replaced the memory with a complete new set also.

Thanks, but I already went through the list. This is a standard HP factory laptop and overclocking is not even an option. All drivers are up to date and the latest reccomended MS updates have been applied as well. I have ran some stress tests with no problems also. So much for the low hanging fruit.:)
