OK, turn off Driver Verifier and let's see how your system runs. Disable the graphics card and the sound card, run your system for a day and see how it does. If it runs smoothly, add the sound card back and run your system. If it still runs smoothly, add the graphics card. If that triggers a problem, try removing the sound card and leaving the graphics card and see what happens. Do all of this with Driver Verifier disabled.
i think i found the issue..its related with Monitor..since with driver verifier enabled for sound and lan,and disabled that of graphics,no bsod triggers while booting..this is clear when bsod occurs while using onboard graphics card..there is the same bsod if i use graphics card or onboard graphics..now system is running with standard graphics driver with sound and lan original drivers..driver verifier is also enabled..the system is running fine..no bsod triggers...if i install graphics driver, then enable verifier for it,bsod occurs..no matter whether it is onboard or pci express. So monitor is the culprit..16 inch wide screen AOC monitor..its really surprising that a monitor is the culprit of bsod..anyway it is almost proved i think..since no bsod now..

Do you have access to another monitor you can try? It would not be the first time I have seen a faulty monitor.

I don't have any other monitor. That's very bad.I never thought monitors can cause BSOD..I have a friend who has a system of the same configuration..only the case is different.but all other parts are exactly same model. So can I enable verifier there and watch if any problem occurs?

NO..Its not the issue with monitor..bsod occurred when I used another LCD monitor.So..what it could be???HARD DISK????it is newly replaced 320 gb seagate hard disk and i can hear sounds when i take it while system is running..sounds mean something like sparking sounds....sometimes vibrations are also occuring...i checked hard disk with its utility..but no errors were found....

If you think the hard drive is the culprit, test it: | Seagate

Have you run Prime95 yet? If not, run the Small and Large FFTs tests, as well as the Blend one: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

There is nothing of concern in the dump; everything looks good.

Why are you using a UPS at all? Is the power really that spotty where you are? A UPS not providing enough power would have a similar effect on the computer as a spotty electrical circuit. Thus, by disconnecting the UPS, you are getting more power, but less reliable.

The better way would be to try a new UPS; perhaps you could take your system to another place, and see if the problem exists there too?

Also, try disconnecting the CD/DVD driver from the system; see if that does the trick.

Now I removed the graphics card and enabled onboard. Then reformatted and reinstalled Windows. This time I installed Windows XP professional SP3.And installed drivers from Motherboard CD.Then enabled verifier. No BSOD.Worked Fine. Then I installed Windows 7 by formatting Windows XP drive. And installed drivers from motherboard cd.Enabled verifier. No BSOD.Yesterday evening I did this.Till Now no BSOD.But if I install graphics card and its drivers, then enable verifier for it,BSOD occurs. Now I removed it again. And enabled verifier again for onboard and other drivers. No BSOD..So GRAPHICS CARD is the culprit??It is a very new card of XFX GT 240 1GB GDDR5..I checked it with furmark and found no issues. It never reach above 45 degree C at idle state and never reach above 70 degree C while gaming.I have not overclocked the card.I have used latest drivers as well as old drivers.I have posted that bsod occurs from onboard card too right? At that time,i hadn't uninstall forceware drivers .

It sounds like the graphics card is indeed the problem; I suggest you RMA it, and get a new one. You can also try installing the card in another system and see if the problem exists there too.
